This was my most overtly political works. Being a child of the sixties, my politics is never to far from the surface but here it is blatantly exposed.
I’m not apologizing for this work, but I was never comfortable with political art unless it had some level of subtlety.
The Cement Map and the Park Globe also fall into my political period.
